Additional composition Ti(1.0~2.0)%, Zr:(0.1~0.5)%, C: (0.1~0.5)% and other trace element. Chemical composition This product is made of molybdenum powder FMo-1 with the addition of trace element. The surface have no defects, such as superfusion, blister, divided layer, crackle,etc. Density>=9.3g/cm3 Main applications: Mainly used for piercing steel tubes, such as stainless steel tubes, high-temperature alloy steel and seamless steel tube, etc. According to the standard of GB4366-84, the dimensions and tolerances as follows:

 Packaging Each beam is composed of the molybdenum rods of the same grade,  batch composition and specification.  3-5 parts are tied by soft plastic ropes or wires and then are wrapped by moisture-proof paper .At last they are packaged in wooden or cardboard boxes with Vibration isolation foam placed in . If there are special requirements, both sides can negotiate. During storage and transportation, molybdenum rod should be protected from moisture and violent collision. Products should be stored in a ventilated and dry acid-free atmosphere to prevent oxidation. Storage had better not be more than 6 months.

Black - Surface is "as swaged" or "as drawn"; retaining a coating of processing lubricants and oxides.

Ground - Surface is processed by grinding machine to remove all coating and to achieve precise diameter control.Main application: mainly used for electric vacuum components and electric light source parts
